This was awesome! Thanks to Ladislav we had an amazing three hour lunch with ten beautifully designed, expertly cooked and pleasantly presented little courses. The focus is on experiencing different textures in unexpected combinations. Ladislav is a very welcoming and open host. We talked about his background and cooking philosophy and cooking in general. Combined with some local red wine this turned out to be an actual experience deserving of the term and some time very well spent.
